Our packs are digital products you download. That changes your cancellation rights, so please read this before you buy — we've kept it plain.

Your 14-day right, and how downloading affects it

Normally, UK consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. But for digital content, that right ends as soon as the download begins — once you've got the files, you can't hand them back.

So at checkout you'll be asked to agree that your download can start straight away, and that by doing so you waive the 14-day right to cancel. If you'd rather keep that right, simply don't start the download until you're sure.

If something's wrong with your files

That's different. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or clearly not as described, get in touch and we'll put it right — a fix, a replacement, or a refund. That's your legal right, and we're happy to honour it.

How to ask

Email hello@bosskit.co.uk with your order number and what's gone wrong. A real person will sort it.

Payment and delivery are handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), who are the seller of record for your purchase.
