The deal, in plain English. By buying from or using BossKit, you agree to these terms. Please read them — especiallyYour responsibility andOur liability.

1. Who we are

BossKit is a trading name of Cwtch Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17047763) ("we", "us", "BossKit"). Registered office: 4 Gwel Y Mynydd, Llanberis, LL55 4GA. Contact:hello@bosskit.co.uk.

2. Definitions

• Website — bosskit.co.uk and its subdomains.
• Templates / documents — the ready-made HR, health & safety, food-safety and other document templates we sell.
• Builder — our browser tool that brands a template with your business details for printing or saving as a PDF.
• Digital products — the templates and any downloadable files.
• Services — the Website, the Builder and the digital products together.
• You / Customer / User — the business or person using the Services.
• Content — all text, documents, designs and code we provide.

3. Who can use BossKit, and acceptable use

BossKit is for UK businesses — sole traders, small employers and similar. By using it you confirm you're acting for a business and can enter a contract. You agree not to:

• resell, share, sub-licence, redistribute or publish our templates, or pass them off as your own product;
• copy, scrape, or bulk-download the Website or its Content;
• reverse-engineer, copy or clone the Builder or its interface;
• use the Services unlawfully, or in any way that harms us or other users.

4. What you're buying

Ready-made document templates, plus access to the Builder, which brands each template with your business details and produces a document to print or save as a PDF. The templates are professionally structured and based on published guidance. Purchases are one-off — there is no subscription and nothing recurring.

5. Not legal advice — and your acknowledgement

Our documents are templates for guidance only. They are not legal advice, and we make no claim of legal protection, approval or accreditation, and no guarantee that using them makes you compliant. They're based on published guidance (for example from Acas, the HSE and the FSA) but are not guaranteed to be complete or suitable for every business. Laws change and every business is different, so you are responsible for checking each document suits your business and meets current law, and for taking professional advice (legal, HR, health & safety) where needed.

When you buy, you confirm you understand and accept this; that acknowledgement is recorded with your order. See also ourdisclaimer.

6. Your responsibility

As the user, you must:

• make sure each document is suitable for your business before you rely on it;
• enter accurate details into the Builder, and check the finished document;
• comply with the laws that apply to you, and keep your own records;
• keep your own backups of any files you download — we may not be able to re-supply them.

7. Your licence to use them

When you buy a document or pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt those documents withinyour own single business, for as long as you need them ("buy once, use forever"). You may not resell, share, sub-licence, redistribute or publish the files, or pass them off as your own product.

8. Intellectual property

All Content — the templates, the Builder and its interface, our pack structure, branding and designs — is owned by Cwtch Digital Ltd and protected by law. Your licence (section 7) does not transfer any ownership. You may not copy, modify, distribute or publish our Content except as that licence allows.

9. Purchases, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout, in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT where it applies.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant/seller of record and handle applicable taxes.
• "Buy once, use forever" means the licence in section 7 to the version you buy — it does not promise free future updates or new versions.
• Any discount or coupon applies only as stated and can't be used after purchase.
• If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour an obvious mistake.

10. Delivery of digital products

A document is "delivered" once your payment is confirmed and it's made available to download or unlock. Access to the Builder is provided through the Website. If a download fails, contact us and we'll help. Please save your files somewhere safe once you have them.

11. Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, your right to cancel can end once you download. See our refunds pagefor how this works and how we handle genuine problems with a file.

12. The Builder and your data

The Builder runs in your browser and only ever asks for yourbusiness details (name, address, logo) to brand your documents — we never ask for, hold or process anything about your staff. We collect your email (for accounts and receipts), limited order information, and privacy-friendly analytics; payment details are handled by our payment provider, not us. 13. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run BossKit — including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (accounts database), plus email and analytics tools listed in our privacy policy. They process limited data on our behalf and their own terms apply. We're not responsible for their outages or acts, though we'll do what we reasonably can to put things right.

14. Availability

We aim to keep BossKit available and working, but we provide the Website and Builder "as is" and can't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Services, and update the templates as guidance and the law change (we don't guarantee updates or notify you of them).

15. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or withdraw your access if you breach these terms — for example fraud, misuse, or breaking the licence. Documents you've already bought and downloaded remain yours to use under section 7; access to the Builder or your account may be revoked if you're in breach.

16. Our liability

We take real care to make our documents genuinely useful and to keep them current, but you're responsible for how you use them in your business. To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the templates or the Builder — including any fine, claim, penalty, compliance failure or dispute, any business decision you make, or any indirect or consequential loss; and
• our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the document or pack it relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase; continuing to use the Services means you accept the current version.

18. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
